13:00 - 14:00

Friedrichplatz (ruru Haus/Treppenstr)

before meanwhile 2 years, am 5. November 2020, Lina was arrested on behalf of the federal prosecutor and has been in custody ever since. She is one of the accused in the Antifa-Ost trial before the Dresden Higher Regional Court, which the formation of a criminal organization according to § 129 is charged with the Criminal Code. This association is said to have carried out targeted attacks on neo-Nazis in Saxony and Thuringia. Despite the supposedly clear evidence, the negotiations had only just started 10 Months after Lina's imprisonment. The application of § 129 in this process has a political dimension: The state creates as much room for maneuver as possible in the investigations, to monitor anti-fascists, to discredit and weaken anti-fascist struggles. Also the disproportionately long pre-trial detention, characterized by constant harassment, serve simply to intimidate and wear people down. The actions of the Saxon Soko LinX and the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office in this process clearly show the abomination of state action: The neo-Nazis listed as victims in the process can continuously contradict themselves in their statements and employees of Soko LinX pass on confidential information to right-wing media, while Lina continues to be brought before the state security senate in Dresden twice a week under the most extreme security precautions. This maintains the constructed image of the dangerous left-wing extremist.

At the same time, neo-Nazis in Saxony and Thuringia have largely free rein, while police and prosecutors look on. Also the raids on neo-Nazis that take place every few years, for example with those, who had been listed as witnesses a few weeks earlier, ändern daran nichts. Sie dienen lediglich der Erzählung, the state would take action against dangers from the right with the same consistency as against those, who are fantasized about from the left. Who are the government authorities and the police closer to?, however, groups like Nordkreuz do, stolen ammunition stocks or the numerous right-wing chat groups again and again clearly. Through right-wing extremist cases in the Bundeswehr, the police and in the parliaments, that the state is not just blind in the right eye, but is permeated by right-wing structures. Lina and the other accused anti-fascists are said to be those, who resist these structures, condemned in an exemplary manner and demonstratively harassed on the way there, to send a clear signal to left forces. But we remain in solidarity despite and precisely because of all this!

Antifascist work also includes supporting them, those affected by repression. Offensive anti-fascism should be the foundation of our work. Repression doesn't make us small - we grow from it! We stand up against them together and defend our ideals. We stand together against a shift to the right in society and against any repressive attack on us. It is our duty, against any attempts by conservatives, to fight backward and fascist phenomena. Come to our rally and stand with us on the side of all persecuted anti-fascists!

Our solidarity against their repression! Freedom for Lina - freedom for all political prisoners!
