lecture: (From-)escalation!? Iran and US to war course

The illegal killing of the Iranian General Qassem Soleimani in the Iraqi capital Baghdad has further increased the danger of another war in the Middle East. Triggered by this action panic are like innocent passengers of a Ukrainian civil aircraft victim.

But what is war? could be even if a military escalation should be avoided to a "real" War and currently also avoided, The question arises: Lead the US not long ago a war against that country? What is the strategy of Iran?

The danger in this situation can only be understood, if the potential for conflict is taken across the region into view. To meet it, the strict respect of international law and efforts of diplomacy would be needed. Why is waived? What contribution to (From-)Escalation has Germany done?
