Culture House Dock 4 has been 1990 genre as a in the former Gerhart-Hauptmann-School- and multi-discipline production, Ausstellungs- founded and venue for the free cultural scene Kassel. since the beginning 2000 the focus is on child- and youth culture. Renowned Kassel groups such as the Travel Theater, das Theater Laku Paka, The Kassel Puppet Theater, The kontakt @ musik office or the AktionTheaterKassel create a continuous, high-quality program of events for children there, Families and school groups.
With the Studiobühne Deck 1, the steerage, the Halle and the Stage of the Kassel puppet theater allowing the cultural center Dock 4 different performance formats and audience sizes.
